Your Appointment

What to bring with you to your appointment?

Please bring the following to your initial appointment with Dr O’Malley:

• A valid referral from your GP

• Your Medicare card

• Any health fund details

• Any pension or health care card details

• Any relevant imaging of your breast (including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI and other scans)

• Any blood tests and pathology reports

• Any reports of biopsies or previous breast surgery results

• A list of your current medications

• Please feel free to bring a list of any questions you may have and bring a relative or friend for support if you’d like to.

Cancellations

Please call reception on (03) 9421 6425 during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can give that time to another patient.

We understand that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time; however, emergencies occur that cause schedule delays. We apologise in advance if we keep you waiting.
